Working both as a freelance contractor and under contracts with some of Australia’s leading theatre and events companies, Matty works consistently in the live sound sphere to create well sounding events and balanced unique performances. Sound design for events are a personal passion, and the unique acoustics each space have pose their own challenges.

From mixing large scale orchestras and recording them to use of spatial audio to create out of this world sonic experiences, great sound goes hand in hand with visual elements on stage.
